Terms of Service

Welcome to Stealth Prep. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Stealth Prep("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Stealth Prepwebsite, applications, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Health, nutrition & food-safety disclaimer (please read)

Stealth Prep is not a medical, nutritional, or food-safety professional service, and the Service does not provide medical or professional advice.

• Recipes, nutrition estimates, meal plans, calorie/macro targets, and health-related suggestions are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, registered dietitian, or other professional. Consult one before making dietary changes, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, elderly, immunocompromised, or have a medical condition or allergy.
• Recipes are generated in part by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, including in ingredients, quantities, cooking times, and temperatures. While we apply automated safety and quality checks, we cannot guarantee that any recipe is accurate, complete, safe, or suitable for you.
• You are solely responsible for safe food handling and preparation. Always use safe cooking practices and verify that foods reach safe internal temperatures. Check every ingredient against your own allergies and dietary needs. Do not rely on the Service for high-risk preparations (such as home canning, fermentation, curing, or infant food) without independent verification from an authoritative source (e.g., USDA/FDA/NCHFP guidance).
• Nutrition values are estimates derived from public databases (such as the USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts) and ingredient matching, and may differ from actual values. Do not rely on them for medical or clinical purposes.

You assume all risk arising from preparing, cooking, and consuming any food based on the Service.

3. Your content and our content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (such as recipes you write, photos, notes, and pantry data). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

The Service itself — including our software, design, branding, the "Stealth Prep" name and logo, and our compiled content — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted. AI-generated recipe text produced through the Service is provided to you for personal use; ownership of purely AI-generated output may be limited under applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial-period refunds are not provided.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
• Taxes may apply and will be added where required.

5. Affiliate / referral program

If you participate in our affiliate or referral program, additional terms apply, including how referrals are attributed and how commissions are calculated and paid. We may adjust commission rates and program terms on a going-forward basis. Fraudulent or abusive referral activity may result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to generate recipes for dangerous, toxic, or non-food purposes;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service without permission;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• misrepresent nutrition or safety information to others as professional advice.

7. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers (including AI model providers, payment processing, hosting, and public nutrition databases). Your use of those features may be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stealth Prep and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any illness, injury, or loss arising from your use of the Service or any food prepared based on it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stealth Prep from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, liability limits, and ownership) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
